Just today, Colin Powell came out ans stated that there were no WMDs. The "American" weapons inspector came out two days ago and said there were no WMDs, plus he did not even think their capabilities to build these potentials was within 10 years.
Let's rule out the WMDs.
We sure in the heck did not stop or slow down terrorism. It has been increasing since we attacked Iraq. So, where and how are we stopping terrorism. The bi-partisan 09/11 commission has agreed that Saddam did not have any ties to al-qaeda or the plan dealing with the events of 09/11. You can go out and buy the report in just about any bookstore if you do not believe me.
And please spare me the same old rhetoric that we have not been attacked since 09/11. If anybody has even tried to educate themselves even a little on terrorism, they do not strike when it is expected, instead, they look for other areas and means to disrupt or cause terror. The U.S. does not have to worry about that, Bush has created chaos with our troops and our economy all on his own in the name of defending the U.S. terorism.
So, do you wanna use the old line about us liberating the Iraqis from a ruthless dictator? That seems to be the other alternative. Try explaining to the loved ones of those getting killed over in Iraq.
