I too was burned when a cup crushed in my hand and burnt the heck out of me. I had blisters all over my hand. I didn't sue, but I should have. The pain was horrible and the blisters lasted for days. It was a Burger Kings. The coffee also didn't need to be that hot as there is no way that you can drink coffee that is scalding hot anyway.

Maybe they should due to the fact that everyones so lawsuit crazy in this country. Ppl are just too lazy to work and think they can get some easy cash in a dishonest way. Some ass even sued numerous fast food chains a while back for making him "obese". The idiot just was lazy/a glutton and found a way to make a buck. Maybe honest folks should sue ppl like this for being worthless to society jk
