The store has a responsiblitiy to ensure that any products they sell are NOT defective. How many other people puirchased coffee from Sheetz and were burned by hot coffee due to a defective cup? Yes we all have to be personally responsible for our behavior, including Sheetz.

: : : When I go any where to get coffee I take two cups and put one in the other and then a lid,Double protection,If they give you a cup over the counter I ask for an extra one to set the hot cup in. Most places will give you the extra cup.

: You guys have me all wrong what Im trying to tell you is Sheetz and all big companies avoid their responsiblities by using hired gun lawyers to beat you down and avoid you completely. The 450 bucks while significant to me is less important than the fact they blew me off saying I should be thankful I didnt get burnt worse.

Your mistake was not sueing them for 5 million dollars. That would have gotten their attention. They wouldn't have been so quick to blow you off.
