They lived up on Johnston Ave. I had an aunt by the name of Virginia(Ginny) Orr who never married and was an invalid most of her life. I also have an Aunt Harriot who lives somewhere in Florida. My grandfather came from a family of 14 children. I know I must have relatives still living in Kittanning and I would love to hear from them. Here are my great grandfathers name was James Orr he was married to a woman who's last name was Bargerstock. My maternal greatgrandparents were Robert Brown who died very young trying to swim the river. And his wife was Clara Brown later married to a Shaffer and lived in Walk Chalk. If antone thinks they are related to me give ma a note at...nancykate48@icqmail.com. My fathers name is Robert R.Orr and he is deceased. Thank you
Dear Libby I think I have the same book. My great grand mother was a Bargerstock. The first name slips my mind right now! She married James Orr and they had 14 children . One was my grandfather George Lawson Orr. What do you know we are related!!!
