Well the whole point that I was trying to make was that if you look at the judicial system and how laws are, you cant just let someone out that has broken one. Yes, she probably will not ever kill again, but how many actual killers would also be able to be let out. Once one person gets a break, then that becomes the standard. Basically you cant compromise the system just for one iffy case.
