You've been saying for some time now about going to this other place--other web site so people have to sign in, etc....I'm sorry but I'm sure you will end up finding spam on your board too. And how would you like if someone came in and tried to take over your board? You may think you were trying to help Carl but I say don't help unless you are asked to help. I think Carl & Julie handled things fine on this board.

Tons of people (not just me) were complaining about the spam. One night, Jimmers & I were online & he asked me how hard it is to make one of these new boards. We decided to make one, test it out, then show it to Carl, in the hopes that he'd fall in love & take it over and not have to do a thing to set it up. He's a busy man so I know he doesn't have tons of time.
Somehow, our good deed has become the crime of the year. I have heard from Carl, via private email. He thanked me for starting up the board & asked to be put on as a moderator. He wants both boards to stay up for a while. I think rather than making assumptions that we are evil & stepping on toes & looking for fame/glory by starting a new board, you need to know the facts & see we were trying to help Carl to appease all the members who were complaining.
