: That's exactly what's wrong with the current laws. They don't have 'degrees' for sex offenses as they do for murder & other crimes. The laws need to be changed. And I agree, that young man should not be listed as a sex offender.

That's right, 34 days (he got the minimum) and a $500 fine for years of sexual abuse. And, oh yes lets not forget the horrors of "supervision" that he will have to endure.
