: : : : : I am going to post this link and hope that whoever reads this post will go check this page out and go to the what you can do to help link and consider sending letters to the people they are asking you to send the letter to. I have sent letters already. Not sure if it will hope, but I hope it does. This is a girl that shouldn't be in prison any longer.

: : : : Bull. She is exactly wher she should be--prison. This what not a crime of passion or a case where she was being abused & she grabbed the gun & killed her abuser. She palnned the whole thing
: : : : out ahead of time, plus she was after her father's life insurance money. I am sorry for the abuse she had to endure, but she went overboard.
: : : I don't believe she was after his money, And I do not believe she is right where she belongs. Until you have gone through something like this you really have no idea what this girl went through. I am not saying that murder is right, but I believe she has served her time. A person can only take so much and maybe she went about things the wrong way, but she will live with what he did to her for the rest of her life, so to me that is bad enough without having to be behind prison walls.
: : Krista, why do you say she has served her time, Because I have no money is no excuse for me to rob a bank and be set free. She took a life.
: What does money have to do with this. She wasn't after his money. I realize she took a life, but what he did to her the years of torment he put her through that messes up a life and it messes up your whole life no matter how you want to look at it. I just really believe that this girl has served her time. The prosocuter (sp) I believe wanted people to think that she did this for the money. But I don't believe that was her motive. I believe after the years of torment he put her through. she felt it was her only option and at the time her mind was probably so messed up because of what he had one, She just wasn't in the right state of mind. Nothing can bring her father back, but nothing can take away the pain and nightmares she will live with the rest of her life because of what that monster did to her.
The money comes into play b/c she knew about her father's life insurance policy & how much she could collect if he were dead-so she killed him. Plain & simple. She's a killer.
