Really, the county plans to build a covered bridge at Buttermilk Falls. The roads leading to it off of Route 66 are worse then TERRIBLE and the roads off of River Rd are BAD. The township won't fix them. Even though they receive 'liquid fuels tax' to maintain them. 10% of the 'Liquid Fuels Tax' goes for Rails to Trails.
