The property reverted back to the original deeds when Conrail abandoned the tracks. Some people know this, but others were blindly led to believe it didn't revert, even though AVLT needed their signature to release an easement for the trail.
Why did the AVLT need signatures for property they claimed was theirs? Because AVLT knows the property reverted back.
Why do you think the county wouldn't go along with the AVLT?
Why do you think the boro is being so careful where they put the trail?
"The powers that be" in Armstrong County do not want YOU to know the TRUTH.

Why has construction STOPPED?
