They use the excuse they own that land but can't produce a title and if you check they don't pay taxes on that portion but use it. Every day I go past, I look over to that area and it is now a junk yard. Council needs to check into what is going on.

That was the main reason for the stop sign there because you couldn't see passed the parked cars. Are the cars going to be allowed to stay parked there even when the rails to trials come thru?

> > > The same thing is currently happening in the 700 Block of N. Grant Ave. Left over cement was poured for a truck entrance, a block stone wall was built, and all this going on by people who don't own the property. How do you get away with this. I was told that a building permit was needed for anything new in the boro. Did these people get a permit? If not, why not, and what is the boro doing about illegal procedures. This is going on right under their noses. If a building permit is needed then make everyone comply and no special treatment for a special few.

> > Councilman King lives there, that is the problem. He is always concerned about everyone elses matters(supposebly) but gets away with using the trail for his driveway to park his cars. Does he pay taxes on this property he uses. NO!!! Puliso for council!!! So I would say if something is wrong, it literally is under his nose. What a bad example to sit for the citizens.
> You are absolutely right. He does need replaced on council because he lets illegal activity go on where he lives. Isn't that one of his departments, being involved in issuing permits and working with codes? We need someone on boro council that wants to do what is best for our town; not what is best for himself. This is going to turn into a dangerous situation when people using the trail have to get on and walk on the 700 block of N. Grant then get back on the trail again. Doesn't sound safe for small one's having to walk beside a speeding car. I wonder if he plans on using the Rails to Trails; he parks his big camper right on the railroad bed. Wonder what he did when the tracks were there. What did all of them do when the tracks were there? Maybe they thought they owned the railroad.

Tell me why there isn't "NO Parking" signs issued for not parking on the trail? I could never understand why. The trail part up from Ben Rupp's Ato sales is terrible from cars and big trucks being aloud to park on there..
