is it true they may be putting stop signs on n. water street soon? up near rebecca and im not sure the second location i heard....but is there any light to this? if not they need to.....people fly on water street sometimes up over 60 and higher and somones gonna get hurt very seriously due to it.....its not always kids either adults are to blame too......i know someone just about got hit last nite luckily it was an adult not a kid or they would have been killed.......the speed limit is not enforced on this street and it seams like noone plans to enforce it in near future either.....i hope the future will change but as it looks no such luck......
