Adding a few things to your list.Remember the circus in the lot at corner of N.Water and Montieth St.How about driving over the hump of the signal light for the RR on
N.Grant Ave.. How about the time the F.C.H.S.flag was raised at the old High Schoolor having the parking lot of the new High School white washer with F.C.H.S..
Going to the Cadet Drive In after a movie at the drive in.Going swimming at Paradise Park on Crooked Creek.Going up to the intersection of 422 and 66 to see the trucks that went over the hill.Isley's Ice Cream on Market St.Mr. Wolfe giving the weather predictions based on his
catapillers. The snow fall of "50" when every one was shoveling off the roofs so they wouldn't collapse.I remember going with girls from Kitt. then having to hitch a ride back to F.C.especially in the winter standing by the bridge on Water St around 11 12 at night colder than H- - -.
Remembering the police in F.C. going around 6 days a week with the rewsults of the number that hit that day. When you went downtown on a Saturday nite and the stores were still open and you could hardly walk down the street for the people.Going skinny dipping in the river on New Years Eve.
Labor Day picnics out at the pony farm free beer corn on the cob and good food to eat.How about when the umbaralla repair man walked up and down the streets withhis repair shop on his back. The Hobos from the RR my Grandmother use to feed when we lived on N.Grant Ave.I remember my Grandfather making home brew and home made wine would knock your socks off.Playing penny ante poker on Saturday Nite with friends and relitives.
Yea they were the good old days and I somstimes wish that I was still living back then.
