This really makes no sense to me. If this were the case, then towns with the legalized gambling would never prosper. Sounds to me like it's a made up figure by someone on a moral high horse.
In my opinion, we need to look at something called "Personal Responsibility" and until the sale of cigarettes & alcohol are banned, why not legalize gambling?
