#1 Identify unique 'values' in and around Kittanning that can attract
tourism.
#2 Identify unique products that can be exported out of the area and maybe
out of country. We want profits in Kittanning.
#3 Identify anything that's legal that's not in #1 or #2 that can bring
revenue to Kittanning.
