That's something that we have to consider. I went over to Sprankle's
today and bought my groceries there. I know Randy doesn't have rock-
bottom prices but I want his store to stay in town.

It is going to take a major effort from people like you, business
owners, politicians, police and local citizens to rebuild Kittanning. The
