He may have been into the 2nd year of his going out of business sale by
then but when he was open for business full tilt his prices were higher
than the shoes store across the street, way higher the Final Score on the
Net, Dick's in Monroeville or a place in the Butler Mall, the same goes
for his clothing- higher....the average person shops for price@ quality,
the business owner in Kittanning has to appeal to something that Walmart
and these other stores don't offer or offer little of.
