Having moved from Kittanning to Delaware, I check this site every now and then. I see that a boy from my old neighborhood in Wick City is the new Chief of Police. Congratulations Ed! I wonder if anyone knows how to get a personal note to him. Does he have a public email, or the KPD have a site? Thanks, and enjoy the upcoming Folk Festival!
