You must be talking about skyblast night. Most awesome fireworks I have ever seen in my life. Truly spectacular and amazing. There were fireworks coming off of the Roberto Clemente Building, PPG Building, US Steel building, a barge in the river and centerfield. I love skyblast night. And if memory serves, I believe the Pirates won this year on skyblast night.
Second, What rumor about Eljer? They aren't leaving are they? Please tell me they aren't!!!
Third, I heard Heritage days raised their booth prices. Vendors had to pay something like $400 per day for a booth. My girlfriend told me it stunk, there wasn't hardly anything there.
And the vendors do rule the folk festival since they are the ones paying the money to have their booths.
I still think they should give out popsicles though. It's frozen sugar water, how much is that possibly going to sink into someone else's profits. That's a little greedy, IMO.
