Commissioners can't do one thing other than voice their
displeasure,someone higher up like Mr. Murtha may talk to the company who
is probably headquartered in another state but if they choose to leave,
they are gone. Things like this usually come up when contracts are due,
but PPG did the same and you see an empty lot there.
