Yesterday it looked like it was upside down because the stripes were down. I assume it was fixed today... I was at my mother-in-laws and we could see it from her front porch..
> > > > > > Today as I was driving in town, I noticed that an American Flag was hanging upside down high atop a flag pole. Now, my first question is...Don't you think the person who put that flag on would have noticed this? And the second question.. Is this against the law to fly an American Flag upside down? I was questioning some of my neighbors and they weren't sure but thought it was odd nobody noticed it was hanging upside down? Tomorrow I'm going to drive by and see if the flag is upside down again. Maybe this means something I'm not aware of.. Anybody have answers??????
