I realize that you have given out all of your personal information and do not hide behind a fake name, but if you are only voice your opinions on this message board you are not giving those running "your town" a fair shake. They were put in their positions by the community members, you can't just go down and say "I want to be on the council", you must be voted in. Just like the discussions that we have had before, do like Eric and get involved. He did and it made some changes. Do not question the decisions where they can not be answered. We know for a fact that some members of this board have driven away the council members who were trying. Talk to them, they are your neighbors. They will try to answer the questions.
Andrea, I talk to my councel members a lot,Maybe some time's they get tired of my complaining, But that is their job, I have no desire to run for councel. And yes my personal information is on the board,Any one who choose's is welcome to send me an e mail, call me on the phone,Visit me at my home,I will be glad to share some time and coffee with them.Kittanning has been my home about all my life and I am interested in its growth yet today. Kittanning is going down hill fast.As many of the posters have said, There is nothing here for kid's to do but run the streets,I remember one time I took a bunch of kid's up to community park and was playing ball and the police came and ran us off, That is for league's only. And that you will see posted on this board and I will talk to some of the councel personally. I use this board to make known to other's what my complaints are and look for advice or some help on here.I am glad we have such a place like this board to talk about these thing's, Im sure the right people are reading it like you or I.
