I get out around town and know and talk to a lot of people in Kittanning, I have lived here all my life.There is a library of information out there if you talk to people. If you read all the postings you will see that one person posted that a guy from Arnold was trying for the job, And one fromNASA with connections in Ford City was trying to come to this area and get into police work,Now where are they getting their information from? So you see I am not the only one who is speaking only on rumers that are floating around town. Why would some thing like this be confidential any how. Its no big secret.
