Tec-tek Im not pulling for any one special person,But I think they should all be at least given a chance,I talked to two police officers that felt there was no use even applying for the job,Their minds were made up a long time ago,I know you will dispute that,And that imterview's for the job now is just a formality. I dont think it matters so much if they have been a police officer all their life or if their father was a police officer before them or not, But I am sure there is some one on this police force who can do the job just as well as another, Why not take a young officer and send him to school,Teach him, And then you have a chief for a long time, Im sure the one's spending the money can come up with the money to do so, If that's what they choose.Just one day a week at school, I hope won't break the boro, I have a lot of confidents in our police force,I wish more people did.
