Our police do a very good job, but they need LEADERSHIP. A Chief shouldn't be hired for who they know, but what they know.
How quick we are to say who is qualified to do this job as Chief of police
here in Kittanning and who is not.I have never seen any town before that criticizes the one's that protect them. When the time came that one of our officers had to pull his gun to protect himself and the public standing around watching. Did he have to call for his leader's to come and tell him what to do. These are grown men,Not children that has to be lead around by the ear.Why cant they get the respect that they earn every day.
