Aren't you from Apollo? Shouldn't people be hired with the "best qualifications" and not "best friend"? Regardless of where the person is from. I would hope the best qualified is hired. Our police do a very good job, but they need LEADERSHIP. A Chief shouldn't be hired for who they know, but what they know.
