I heard that council is split 4 to 4 on staying or going out of town,
with Hulings leading the way for an out of town chief. I wonder what they
expect to gain by paying someone nearly $50,000 in salary by going out of
town. That is the price Hulings is willing to pay to get back into the
police dept. since he has been kicked out. There are good men in the
department that can do the job, give them a chance.
