Just wondering - What ever happened to being neighborly in Kittanning? What is wrong with mowing a neighbor's yard if the grass is too high or volunteering to move their car for them if it isn't parked right - just to be kind? Maybe, just maybe, if we looked to help yourselves instead of the local government to take care of it or "ticket" - Kittanning would come back to what it was in the past (maybe not perfect - but a nice place to live). Look to yourself to be friendly - maybe this complaining will stop.
