The school district is an open enrollment district. No one pays tuition to go to any of its buildings unless they live out of the ASD attendance area, and even then it sometimes is forgiven.
BUT in response to what "we taxpayers" are tired of paying for - I would imagine the taxpayers in the Elderton attendance area are REALLY tired of seeing their tax dollars paying for new buildings and major renovations in the other attendance areas beginning with the extensive renovations KJrHi, KSrHi, and FCHS received in 1984/85; plus the ~$20 million spent on WSHS; plus the ~$20+ million spent on the West Hills complex; and ending with the $18 million (at the least) being spent at Lenape Elem.
And I am sorry but I don't know what facts that need refuted to which you are referring to.
