The meeting was pushed back a week because the borough office is the polling place for First Ward and they need to be the council room on Monday to set up all the voting machines, so council pushed it back a week.
They announced it at their last meeting....oh wait, no one watches Kittanning Council on TV, they all wait until the Ford City meetings start for their entertainment!
As for the West Kittanning meeting, it is the same night as election night, unless they changed theirs too, since their secretary is running for a county office. She won't be there to take minutes, I would assume, so who knows what council will say and do!
