As I understand the problem, CDC wants OEM to pay property taxes on the building they are leasing.
Since when does a tennant pay property texes, the taxes are to be paid by the building owner.
never did I have to pay property taxes on a place I was renting, I don't blame OEM for being up on arms about the CDC erying to slip this in after the lease was agreed to, this is back stabbing, and Ford Caty does a lot of this.
