street cleaning

Does anyone recall the borough having a quiet time from 6Pm to 6Am? The council members bitched about trash pick up, but ummm the street cleaning is still going on after quiet time. They go by my place around 1 and 2 am and there sweep cleaner isn't any quieter than those garbage trucks. I suppose cause it's the borough doing it, it's ok.
