OEM Shades has not yet signed lease...CDC never informed Boro Council or the people of Ford City.

Headlines Leader Times....CDC made decision to add taxes in lease.(Not Boro Council..Who owns the building.)CDC can show building to propective tenants.

Sam crossman Quote."Its a disaster for citizens of our commumity to allow those individuals to control the town's economic destiny,"

"a section of the original lease grants an extension of the lease terms for an additional five-years period,""the only variable to be negotiated is the payment amount."

Tom Shaffer said he is looking into the possibility the the property is tax exempt due to the buildings being owned by the municipality.

Has the CDC checked it out...Have they been lying the whole time about the taxes...

Let's get rid of the CDC (Pennleton...Zacour)
