Not tongue in check. Go back, read the posts and show me where I'm wrong. If this is the case fine. I'll conceed, but for some reason MH can not seem to do it. At least he hasn't so far.
Again, the posts bare this out.
By the way. Let me invite anyone interested in some good lectures and Q&A at the end to a seminar we will be holding:
AN APOLOGY TO OUR WORLD
On Saturday, August 24, 2002 the Resource Center for Theological Research will hold a seminar on the theme An Apology To Our World. The
seminar will be held at Sovereign Grace Baptist Church, 423 N. Second St, Apollo PA from 5:15-8:30pm. The format will consist of three lectures
and a questions and answers session.
Featured speakers and session titles are Mr. Chris Sidwell - An Apology; Mr. Ozzie Osgood - An Apology to Our Culture; Mr. Jeff Downs - An
Apology to the Cults.
There is no cost to attend the seminar and everyone is welcome. Reservations are not necessary but are preferred by August 22. Refreshments
will be provided. For further information contact the Resource Center for Theological Research at (724) 548-4337 or (717) 341-1081.

NOTE: "Apology" is not used here in the sense of an "I'm sorry."

The second lecture will be of particular interest, in which Ozzie will show that any other world-view besides the Christian world-view
does not comport with realility. In fact, all other world-views, such as the Atheistic, must borrow from the Christian world-view in order to make
sense of reality. So, if you take the atheistic world-view, that all is materialistic (ie. matter in motion as some would say), how do you get to the point of
believing in laws of logic, the mind (not the brain), those type of things. This are not material things. They are not things we can grasp, taste, touch smell, etc...
So, in the atheistic world-view (all is material) these types things do not comport with their world-view. So, in order to use these things (logic etc..) they have to borrow from anothers world-view, because these things are not apart of theirs.
Well, if you think I'm wrong, don't just tell me "Your wrong." Please show me. And again, our seminar will be FREE of charge and will include a Q&A at the end.
The fact is, we are not afraid to put our ideas to the test. Because we believe they can stand up and out in the market place of ideas. We believe our world-view does comport with reality, etc...
BTW: I'll be dealing with the problem of Evil in a Sunday School class at the church listed above, on Sunday, July 21 at 10am. In this talk, I'll will show that the problem of Evil is not a problem for the believer (theist), it end up being a problem for the unbeliever.
Before you deal (if you want) with any of this, please show me where I'm off base in my posts (responses) to MH. Again, because he hasn't been able to do so.
