: : : : : Just heard about the bank robbery and stolen vehicle chase in Manor Twp.
: : : : : Kitty, your canival freak friends weren't in town for the weekend were they?
: : : : : Alice, leave Kitty out of this. She can't help it your mother was just trying to find the money to pay her dinner tab.
: : : I would have to say both of those comments were unnecessary. People could have been hurt or killed. The elementary school was on lock down. As a parent i don't find it amusing that 2 armed men were running loose in that area. It is sad to explain to a 6 year old what lock down means and why the police were at there school.

: : I'm a parent as well. I don't think it's sad. I feel it's necessary in this day and age to tell our kids what's going on in the world today.
: : People can get hurt or killed in any situation. Maybe you're wearing your six year old's tighty whities. Loosen up a little.

: It is not about loosening up,I just want my child to feel and be safe from the crazies in the world like all the other parents. I know that people can get hurt and killed in any situation but at the age of 6, i don't think children should have to experience things that some adults can't handle...i'm not trying to be judgemental or a smart ass i was just stating my opinion that i didn't think the situation was anything to joke about.

Maybe if they experience it at 6 , they will be able to handle such things as an adult.Get em ready, it's a rough old place out there and no prisoners are taken..
