If this continues, it is a matter of time before someone has an accident and gets hurt, and it will probably be a car going off the road to avoid hitting him. And yes, the police are aware of this situation with him.
::: This man use to have a job and a place to stay. I won't give his name but he seems to have come across some hard times. I have gone to school with him. Sometimes when I go to Ford City, he is walking along that road too and there has been many of times that I have had to get into the other lane as not to hit him.
