Problem is, when he hit it, the nail took a turn for the worst and broke in half.

Maybe you can explain this to us.
BTW: I don't really remember bring Jesus into the conversation.

>I believe, as others, that there is no one 'true' faith - but rather each faith has its own pros and cons and it truly is up to us as individuals to piece together what we feel is right.
Well, I already dealt with the line of thinking (somewhat) in one of my post to Jimmers in which I stated
"In all actuality you are being exclusive and supprisive by telling me that what Chrisitianity teaches (specifics) is wrong.
Here you are making up you own religion by picking an choosing from others."

>If you do not have a personal relationship with God (or whomever your personal higher being is), you're basically SOL in my humble opinion. You can be the loudest believer in your speech and actions, you can go to chruch all you want, but that doesn't get you anywhere in the long run. I believe God knows all and if you say one thing but do another, you will pay for it. I truly would rather say that I am a sinner because God already knows that.
Thanks for you opinion. Now, can it be put to the test and withstand scrutiny. I doubt it!

> PS Two things. 1. I don't trust ANYONE who throws around quotes from the Bible.
Again, very interesting, I never quoted the Bible. So, you are at least, not talking about me here. It is interesting that most people who have a "form of religion" like to (mis)quote the verse, you shall not judge. You must not trust a lot of people.
Sorry you paint with such broad brushes.

>2. Clouding the issue by confusing your opponent may win you the argument but not the war.
Again, not sure who you are talking about here. I don't look at anyone here as my opponent. I don't believe I clouded any issues. As a matter of fact, I cleared a few.
If an argument is won, it will be with sound logical reason, not by persuasive words. Also, I'm not seeing any War here.

Sound like the issues are being clouded by MH.
