: : : : : : : I could agree with what you are saying, BUT if this whole deal is being done just to justify a few special interests, then it is abbd deal for everybody.
: : : : : : : I will take your advice and pose a question for Bloser. Is Ford City Ambulance one of the prospective businesses you are looking to relocate in that property? If so, is this just for a headquarters for their operations or possibly other options? If so, what other usage are they looking into for that particular business?
: : : : : : Ford City Ambulance is NOT a prospective business, as they do not fit the demographics of the technology development.
: : : : : : I have no financial nor professional relationship with Ford City Ambulance, concerning this development.
: : : : : I just want to make this clear, if you do obtain the property, Ford City Ambulance or any type of subsidiary of Ford City Ambulance will not have any stake in any of the property? For example, you would not grant Ford City Ambulance usage of the property for any type of usage?
: : : : It will have no financial nor ownership stake in the property.
: : : Boy, you're crafty Ryan. No one will ever notice you didn't answer the question.
: : : One would have to assume the answer is yes, since you evaded the answer.
: : : Yikes! Hey Ryan, I had your back until you started sounding like Bill Clinton there. Too many words in that response for my comfort. Clear it up buddy. I have been trying to say for months now that this page has potential to be used in a productive way. If you are going to entertain questions here and if people are going to keep asking them, you better come across as clearly and honestly as is possible. And don't forget - it is a public forum and there is a record of what you say.
: You want me to put the cart in front of the horse. At this moment, FC Ambulance has not financial or ownership interest in our development.
: Now, I would be open to grant access to any community group such as the FC Ambulance for events and fund raisers, but not for a permanent recreation spot.
: If the property was to be used for recreation, which the current plan does not allow for, the group would have to have a well written plan, financial capital and proven leadership - at that point, I would entertain the idea.
If only Bloser had gotten into Wharton he could offer Ford City some real solutions.
