: : : : : : That bridge was in sad shape long before that. I know its on "Penndolt's" list to be done, but how much longer do we have to wait? Thats a major artery in and of Kittanning. What happens if it gets to the point that it just needs to be shut down and sit's there closed til they feel like replacing it? How long will we have to wait? Penndot seems to be more content with doing stupid shit like cutting holes in 28 then paving over them.

They seem to find time and money to fix much less traveled roads around here. I would like to see this done. My grandmother moved here in the 1930s or so and claims that hill hasn't had a MAJOR renovation in all the time she's lived here. It is time.
