Popcorn for tonights meeting

I sure hope the Ford City Borough Meeting is on television tonight. It makes for great entertainment. What is up with the DA investigating the purchase? Did Ford City Borough enter into a deal to purchase the buildings without permission? Why are they in such a hurry to purchase the property?
