: : : : This question has been asked several times on the board in general discussion and in addressing Mr. Bloser.
: : : : As Bryan had stated earlier, one way to clear the air is for specific questions and specific answers.
: : : : Mr. Bloser has stated that "Ford City Ambulance" is not a prsopective business that he is looking to relocate to the PPG prperty. That is a pretty fair exchange of a question and answer. It leads people to believe that Ford City Ambulance will not move their headquarters to that property under Mr. Bloser's plan. Please correct this post if it is incorrect.
: : : : The questions and answers that seem to be rather vague when it comes to if Ford City Ambulance or some type of subsidiary of Ford City Ambulance will be leased part of the land or given the opportunity to purchase part of the land?
: : : : I understand when Mr.Bloser says that his plans look into providing jobs and job retention which is fine, but that does not answer the question about other things that could or could not be part of the property. So, the question is, would you grant usage of the property to Ford City Ambulance or some other group for them to use the land for something differing from your plans such as recreational usage?
: : : : I think this would be a good place to begin.
: : : where are you ryan, getting a little hot here or are you flying off to some foreign land with your investors?
: : : we know you lurk
: : probably had to talk about the post with his investors so he answers correctly. shaffer is probably giving him guidance.
: My plans are for job creation and economical growth. I cannot speak on behalf of the FC Ambulance as their plans for the property.
I cannot properly answer the question about granting access to recreational use because I have not had a plan presented to me. I would not be out of favor with the idea, but the proper people and funding would have to be involved with a well developed plan before I can accurately answer.
