My experience with Borough officials about a year ago.
An individual from the borough was required to inspect the home prior to me moving in. This individual missed the first two scheduled appointments and did not have the courtesy to call and cancel. I called the borough and they acknowledged that this commonly happens. On the third appointment this individual showed. Then the same thing occurred when I attempted to have the water turned on. The individual who is to turn the water on did not show. I hope this does not represent all the employees of Ford City. I was then charged late fee for my water bill not being submitted on the required date.
