In any business, you've got to have trade routes. So I'm thinking road access to high ways.
Going towards the Hospital, Worthington or Slate Slick there is plenty of land to use and build on. Is there enough land across from the walmart/foodland plaza?
Or why not build a new mall where the Franklin Village Mall is located.
The options are not limited to one or two areas in Armstrong County.
