I think the overall Kittanning business would benefit if a real mall was built like the Clearview Mall in Butler. Why should Armstrong County lose its business to Butler, Indiana, Monroeville and other locations in Pittsburgh?
The space is available in the Kittanning area, so lets hope someone with political ties can see into the future to keep the money in Armstrong County.
