However, because there are those who are lacking the I.Q. to realize that I'm always right, I have been thinking that maybe I would allow them to give their opinions if they apply for a permit to do so. I'm thinking of maybe a $30 - $40 fee for the permit which would have to be renewed monthly. Sounds fair to me - if you disagree, just send me the money and a copy of what it is you would like to say and I will get back to you if I decide to allow it. The fee will be non-refundable. Anyone posting any type of disagreement without the proper permit will be flogged at noon in front of the courthouse.

You see, you broke the rules already. I didn't receive the fee for the permit and you went off thinking something on your own. You have to pay extra to think kinky or dirty thoughts.
