Could someone please give a rational reason why the Borough is in need of another building.

Now the citizens will be responsible for paying utility bills and maintaining another Borough building. Where is the money coming from? The tenants of the unoccupied industrial buildings or are they banking on buying another building will boast the local economy.

How long before the state will need to step-in and take over Ford City because of poor decision by our elected officials.
