He has helped me find a lawyer and accountant for my start-up plans. He has put me in contact with the development authorities for the places I am looking at, told me about the grant/loan programs and has offered assistance on my business plan.
I'd offered payment and he has refused to accept it. I think we are all being too hard on him, but for good reason concerning the land since Ford City was burned by Cloonan.
