Very interesting topic I ran into here. I'm finishing a degree in environmental safety and health mgmnt and knowing someone in Kittanning will follow along to see where it leads. I plan on moving to your area and am very pro-smalltown. Urban growth, the environment, and how they relate to economics is an area of interest to me so please bear with any remarks or comments I may have on this. Thank you, Al
