: It does not matter if it is a consolidated school or a community, cyber-schooling is being used as means to better educate the students. They use it in the schools who rank higher. If you consolidate, you bust the budget with a new building and then adding cyber-schooling. If it is a community school, you can educate kids across the district at the same level.

I am trying to listen objectively. If upper St. Clair is indeed a wealthy school district perhaps the cyber schooling is not a big worry of theirs. I am looking for a $ amount. and remember that dollar amount is on top of renovations. If you are gonna declare it cheaper this way you should provide the costs.
