A good portion of Jim's money came from himself and his family ($17k form himself and $10k from his family, that’s 27k and most of his war chest), Owen had a change of plans (who doesn't do that?) and by law Chuck is qualified to be a county judge (wouldn't be on the ballot if he wasn’t).
